This policy explains what personal data Collabuilder Private Limited ("Collabuilder", "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Applications: name, WhatsApp number, email, city and state, your venture, its stage, what you are building, your hardest problem, optional LinkedIn/website, how you heard about us and dietary needs.
- Waitlists: name, WhatsApp number, optional email, city and stage.
- Contact and corporate enquiries: name, phone and/or email, company and your message.
- Members: the details above plus your pod, 90-day plan and check-ins.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address (for spam prevention) and analytics events that contain no names, phone numbers or emails.
We do not collect dates of birth or identity documents on this website. Permit paperwork for some locations is handled offline.
Why we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To tell you when dates open for a location you joined the waitlist for.
- For members: pods, 90-day plans and check-ins.
- To send WhatsApp updates — only if you tick the separate, optional box.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging and, if used, our CRM). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, or for 24 months. Applications are kept while we review them and to plan future retreats; member details are kept while you are a member. You can ask us to delete your details at any time on WhatsApp or by email, and we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent at any time. We respond within 30 days. Write to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
