This policy covers cancellations and refunds for Collabuilder retreats. The retreat price is ₹4,999 per person.
If you cancel

"Days before the trip" are counted up to the first day of the retreat. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email us; the date we receive your message is the date we use.
If we cancel or change a retreat
If we cancel a retreat, you get a full refund of what you paid us, or a place on another edition if you prefer. If dates change, you can move to the new dates or take a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. GST is refunded where the law allows.
