Founder Progress Circle 1.0: 75+ founders at B-Hub, Patna

On Saturday, 20 June 2026, we held the first Founder Progress Circle at B-Hub, on the fifth floor of A Block, Mauryalok Complex, in Patna. The circles are run by Udyam Tatva, a Collabuilder initiative, and this first one came less than three weeks after Collabuilder was incorporated.

We planned it as a small room. More than 75 founders took part.

Why a "progress circle"

Founders in Patna do not lack networking events. What most of us lack is a room where you can say what is actually going wrong, without having to pitch or perform. The idea of the circle is simple: founders sit together, talk openly about where they are stuck, share what has worked, and pass on opportunities to each other.

There is no stage and no panel. The value comes from the people in the room being honest with each other.

Why B-Hub

B-Hub is a co-working and co-learning space in the middle of Patna, recognised by the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, and managed by CIMP-BIIF. Many of the founders who came already work from there or nearby, which made it the natural place to start.

What we are taking from it

Seventy-five founders turning up on a Saturday told us something: the need for this kind of room in Patna is real, and it is bigger than we assumed. It also told us that a room this size works for meeting people, but is too big for every founder to speak. That is exactly why our retreats keep the group to 20–25 founders over three days.

We want the circles to become a regular thing in Patna, and we will share the next date on our social pages and on WhatsApp.

If you were there, thank you for coming and for being open. If you missed it, tell us and we will let you know when the next one is on.
